All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges for international orders. For returns, please follow the return instructions from our Return Policy.
Customers are responsible for covering international shipping fees when returning items to our warehouse.
International customers can still report damaged, incorrect, or missing items by contacting [email protected] within 7 days of receiving their order, following the Report Order Issues instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. The refund issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
