Step 1: 

Add products to your cart making sure to select “Subscribe & Save” option.

Step 2:

At checkout, pay with your normal credit or debit card.

Step 3:

After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a survey inside.

Step 4:

Complete the survey to determine your eligibility.

Step 5:

In a few business days, the TrueMed Concierge will contact you about eligibility and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.
