If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item:
- Follow the instructions for returns as outlined in our Return Policy.
- Place a new, separate order for the item you’d prefer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Note: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs to the warehouse, except in cases where the item(s) received are damaged or incorrect. Please use reliable packaging and carriers, as we are not responsible for returns that fail to arrive at our warehouse.
